Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Finance Department with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Handle invoicing, payments, and statement of account.
  • Maintain and reconcile bank reconciliations and other accounting schedules.
  • Liaise with clients and related departments to coordinate matters for payments and invoices.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
  • Fresh Graduate or Entry Level in Accounting cum Admin.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office applications.
