We are looking for an experienced Administrative and Financial Support professional to join our team at ECOVIS MALAYSIA. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and financial support to our Finance Department.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in administration and finance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Finance Department with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Handle invoicing, payments, and statement of account.
- Maintain and reconcile bank reconciliations and other accounting schedules.
- Liaise with clients and related departments to coordinate matters for payments and invoices.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Fresh Graduate or Entry Level in Accounting cum Admin.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office applications.
