The Job

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant Manager to drive growth within the assigned territories or market segments. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of proven sales management experience in the medical device field.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Identify new business opportunities and design comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Reporting & Budgeting: Assist in setting the department's budget and manage expenses within the approved limits.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment, monitoring performance metrics (KPI) and developing strategies to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, hospitals, and distributors.
Requirements

A successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent. Professional certifications in sales, marketing, or healthcare-related disciplines can be advantageous.
