Kids Art Instructor

**Job Overview**

At Nala Groups, we are seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our team as a Kids Art Instructor. As an integral part of our children's centre, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging art classes that foster imagination, creativity, and self-expression in young minds.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Plan and conduct interactive art sessions, including painting, paper folding, and other creative activities tailored to various age groups
• Develop and implement innovative learning experiences that stimulate cognitive development, problem-solving skills, and imaginative thinking
• Provide entertainment and engage children with storytelling, interactive games, and themed events
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children, ensuring their well-being and happiness at all times
• Cultivate open communication with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about their child's progress and achievements
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive team environment, sharing best practices and ideas for enhancing the children's experience

**Requirements:**

1. Experience working with children in an educational or recreational setting
2. Strong background in art, painting, and creative activities
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children
5. Ability to manage art supplies, materials, and equipment effectively
6. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
7. Degree or coursework in Education, Art, Child Development, or a related field is preferred

**Estimated Salary:** RM 3,500 - RM 5,000 per month (dependent on qualifications and experience)
