Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Duties: Greet and attend to company guests, manage reception duties, make welcome arrangements for visitors or clients, coordinate meal arrangements, order inventory for office supplies, and administer safety equipment.
- Facilities Management: Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for facility maintenance, oversee site renovations, ensure timely renewal of licenses and permits, and maintain relationships with staff to improve labor relations.
- HR Support: Assist with monitoring cleaners and security guards, support recruitment efforts, prepare onboarding documents, enroll and terminate employee medical benefits, and maintain personnel records.
- A Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills, multitasking abilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
