Nintex Developer Technical Writers develop multi-audience technical content for the Nintex Process Platform.

They work with a global team to develop helpful, high-quality content that enhances understanding, experience, and usage of Nintex products.

The focus includes online help documentation, security documentation, software development kits, API documentation, internal developer documentation, and user interface text.

This role requires initiative, troubleshooting, and adapting rapidly to change.

It involves addressing users as individuals, helping them accomplish goals, and staying up-to-date with emerging trends in technical communication.

We work in an agile environment using accountability-based Kanban system.

Your contribution will include developing and deploying all necessary content, testing product functionality, creating code samples, troubleshooting errors, and keeping current with emerging trends.

You'll identify additional content needs, build effective partnerships across teams, and provide feedback on UX copy and other areas.

To be successful, you need 3+ years of technical writing experience, 1+ years of API/SDK writing experience, basic knowledge of programming languages, and experience working in a global agile environment.
