About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Operations Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling cash transactions, performing administrative tasks, and maintaining confidentiality of customers' information.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a high level of integrity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accept and process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, Remittances, ANSB and any other products launched by the Bank) in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Over-ride transactions as per Bank defined transaction limits;
  • Responsible for overall branch cash holding and end of day cash balancing (applicable for Chief Cashier);
  • Maintain confidentiality of customers and Bank's information in a responsible manner;
Requirements:
  • Malaysian citizen;
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant work experience are welcome to apply;

As a Customer Service & Operations Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and develop your skills in customer service, cash handling, and administration.
