**About the Role:**

We are looking for an experienced Mechatronics Technician to maintain and troubleshoot our equipment and systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Performs troubleshooting and repair tasks on complex machinery.
  • Conducts root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues.
  • Develops and implements procedures for optimizing equipment performance.
  • Reviews and updates documentation to reflect changes and improvements.
  • Provides training and support to colleagues on equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment-related issues.
  • Implements cost-saving initiatives and suggests improvements to existing processes.
  • Ensures adherence to safety protocols and regulations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Degree in Mechatronics or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in maintenance and repair.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and equipment.

Work Environment:

The job requires frequent standing, walking, and bending. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work at heights. Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime when needed.
