Your Role
The Real Time Data Business is a critical function to retain and grow revenues across existing products and services, such as FTSE Russell, LSE, Turquoise, RNS, SEDOL products. The function is tasked with growing revenues by diversifying into new product development and commercial partnerships to benefit the London Stock Exchange Group's market data business.

In this role, you will act as a primary point of contact on behalf of the Market Data Reporting team in relation to queries, reconciliation and all static data changes made on Real Time accounts. This involves handling client queries, reconciling data, assigning tasks to team members, monitoring progress and ensuring prompt resolution.

You will also handle account maintenance for all Real Time clients, ensuring they are licensed and billed accurately. This includes processing new client setups, terminations and maintaining accurate records. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will ensure that all invoicing is accurate and in line with the correct usage and commercial terms agreed with the client.

Additionally, you will work closely with vendors to process new client applications and terminate services. This requires collaboration with internal teams, vendors and clients throughout the onboarding or termination cycle. You will also collate and upload vendor reports, monitor variances against prior year contracts and perform annual completeness checks.

Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require a graduate or graduate calibre degree, in-depth knowledge of real-time market data policies globally, previous experience in a similar position and excellent interpersonal skills. You must be organised, proactive and solution-driven, with good Excel skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
