We are seeking a skilled Support Services Representative to join our team at Datadot Software Solutions, a forward-thinking IT consulting firm.

About the Position:

This role requires exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of customer needs, and the ability to resolve complex issues in a timely manner.

  1. The ideal candidate will possess fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Japanese.
  2. Collaboration with team members and other departments is crucial to ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  3. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on product offerings, company policies, and client processes is essential.
  4. Meeting or exceeding individual and team performance metrics, including customer satisfaction (CSAT) and first-call resolution, is critical to success.

Ideal Candidate Characteristics:

  • Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Japanese.
  • Proven track record of providing excellent customer service (1-2 years preferred).
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms and basic computer applications.
  • Flexibility to work in a rotational shift environment, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
