Job Summary:

The Learning & Development Associate will support the L&D Manager and Director in various initiatives, including onboarding programs, administrative tasks, and departmental projects. This role involves collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of training programs and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement onboarding programs to enhance the integration of new joiners into the company culture.
  • Provide administrative support for learning initiatives aligned with L&D's objectives, ensuring efficient and effective execution.
  • Participate in various departmental projects, driving progress and innovation through collaboration and teamwork.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Onboarding Lead to design engaging onboarding experiences that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure timely and effective delivery, leveraging the Global Learning Management System (GLMS) for streamlined processes.
  • Lead teams supporting assigned technical programs, non-technical programs, or technology-based learning programs, ensuring alignment with current learning pathways and industry best practices.
  • Work closely with facilitator teams for the delivery of technical or non-technical programs, promoting innovative solutions and best practices to drive business outcomes.
  • Support the L&D Managers on various initiatives and projects, focusing on delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to meet internal clients' needs and L&D requirements.
  • BUILD meaningful relationships internally and externally to drive collaborative solutions, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Develop expertise in using the Global Learning Management System (GLMS) to manage daily tasks efficiently and effectively, ensuring data accuracy and reporting.
  • Generate regular stakeholder reports and compliance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance and updates of program information in GLMS and L&D portal, aligning with current learning pathways and industry best practices.
  • Explore opportunities to promote innovative solutions to support technical and non-technical programs, driving continuous improvement and excellence in training delivery.
  • Achieve accreditation as a Virtual Classroom (VC) producer to support VC facilitator teams, enhancing the delivery of high-quality training programs and improving learner engagement.
  • Participate in L&D projects initiated by KPMG Global Learning & Development or KPMG Asia Pacific Learning & Development teams, leveraging global expertise and best practices to drive business outcomes.
  • Contribute to People projects initiated by the People, Performance, and Culture team from time to time, fostering a culture of excellence and employee engagement, and driving business success.
  • Execute day-to-day responsibilities and tasks within the department, demonstrating adaptability, a proactive approach, and a commitment to excellence.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in Human Resource Development/Management/Business Administration/Business Management; other fields may be considered, with a focus on organizational development and leadership.
  • Prior experience in coordinating/organizing training programs or a similar capacity is advantageous, showcasing leadership potential, project management skills, and a track record of delivering results.
  • Demonstrate an excellent command of English (written and spoken), facilitating effective communication and collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
  • Exhibit good interpersonal and communication skills, being friendly and approachable, and able to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, driving trust and cooperation.
  • Show ability to work independently, taking initiative and ownership of tasks and projects, and demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
