Job Summary:

We are seeking a high-performing Talent Acquisition Lead who excels in client acquisition, relationship management, and has an in-depth understanding of recruitment services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging new clients seeking recruitment and staffing solutions, building strong relationships with clients, and developing tailored recruitment solutions to meet client requirements.

This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in business development, sales, or account management within the recruitment or staffing industry.

The successful candidate will have experience managing client relationships independently, from onboarding to ongoing support.

They will also have a strong understanding of recruitment and staffing processes, RPO models, and workforce planning.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is required.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in business development, sales, or account management within the recruitment or staffing industry (minimum 3 years)

  • Experience managing client relationships independently, from onboarding to ongoing support

  • Strong understanding of recruitment and staffing processes, RPO models, and workforce planning

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment

  • Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in additional languages, such as Mandarin, is advantageous but not mandatory

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field
