They will also have a strong understanding of recruitment and staffing processes, RPO models, and workforce planning.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
Requirements:Proven success in business development, sales, or account management within the recruitment or staffing industry (minimum 3 years)
Experience managing client relationships independently, from onboarding to ongoing support
Strong understanding of recruitment and staffing processes, RPO models, and workforce planning
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in additional languages, such as Mandarin, is advantageous but not mandatory
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field
