About the Role

As a seasoned Commissioning Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth commissioning of complex systems and facilities on an offshore oil and gas project. With your extensive experience and expertise, you will oversee the entire commissioning process, from planning and preparation to execution and system handover, guaranteeing that all work is carried out safely and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities
  • To lead and manage the commissioning team to successfully complete pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, ensuring that work is carried out according to the approved strategy and schedule.
  • To ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards throughout all commissioning activities.
  • To oversee the execution of approved commissioning procedures, verifying performance standards, obtaining certifications, and offering test reports for final sign-off.
  • To maintain commissioning records, including site observations, test processes, and checklists.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of commissioning management, project management, and testing procedures.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring efficient project delivery.
