Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, validate, and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, ensuring efficient and accurate machining processes.
  2. Set up and operate CNC machines, producing precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during mass production and new product introduction (NPI), ensuring minimal disruption to production.
  4. Collaborate closely with the quality control team to ensure all parts meet required standards and specifications.
  5. Lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address machining and production-related issues.
  6. Continuously improve CNC programming and machining processes to enhance output efficiency and product quality.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or CAD/CAM Manufacturing.
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CNC programming, with strong knowledge of Mastercam and 3 & 5 Axis Vertical Milling processes.
  3. Hands-on experience in setting up and operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
  4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
