We are seeking a Malaysia-based Workday Finance Consultant to support our engagements in the region. This role involves collaborating with clients' project teams, HR, and business stakeholders to analyze business processes and translate them into effective Workday configurations.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with P2P, Expenses, Accounting, C2C, Banking & Adaptive planning, and other complex Finance solutions. They will also be responsible for optimizing and maintaining the Workday system, ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Expertise in P2P, Expenses, Accounting, C2C, Banking & Adaptive planning and other complex Finance solutions.
- Hands-on experience in the deployment process.
- Collaborate with the Client's Project team, HR, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions.
- Utilize consulting abilities, business acumen, and specialized solution proficiency to seamlessly integrate the functionalities into the client's business ecosystem, ensuring the attainment of the client's expected business result.
- Optimize and maintain the Workday system, ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
About the Role
- 3 to 5 years of Workday Finance experience.
- Workday certification.
- Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of Workday technology.
- Experience with AMS or end-to-end Workday implementation projects.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- A dynamic and inclusive work environment where your contributions matter.
