We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Business Analyst to join our team at Lightspeed Studios. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our Workday HCM suite, leveraging your expertise in configuration and deep understanding of HR processes to drive improvements and efficiencies across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert support for existing system features, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Support Workday HCM, Recruiting, and other modules configuration, administration, and ongoing support.
- Analyze business requirements, design, and implement solutions within Workday.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with internal systems and processes.
- Conduct regular system audits, prepare for Workday updates, and maintain system stability.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation on system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
- Train and support Workday users across the organization, enhancing user experience and system adoption.
- Stay updated on new Workday features and functionalities, recommending improvements to enhance system efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Workday configuration, particularly in HCM and Recruiting modules.
- Proven track record in supporting and troubleshooting Workday systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of HR processes and regulations.
- Workday certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of Workday Finance module is a plus, but not required.
