Responsibilities

The Personal Assistant to the CEO is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and acting as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of discretion and professionalism.

  1. Calendar and Time Management
  2. Proactively manage the CEO's schedule, prioritizing tasks, and resolving scheduling conflicts with agility.
  3. Schedule and organize internal and external meetings, maintaining detailed agendas and pre-meeting briefs.
  4. Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively find solutions.
  1. Administrative Support and Executive Liaison
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and senior executives, staff, clients, and external stakeholders.
  3. Prioritize messages and facilitate responses as needed.
  4. Proactively draft and proofread professional correspondence, reports, and presentations for both internal teams and external partners.
  5. Manage sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
