Transforming Business as Usual: A Role that Matters

In this pivotal position, you will spearhead the development of an internal communication strategy that fosters high-trust culture, empowering employees to make decisions that drive impact. This strategic role demands collaboration with senior management and relevant departments to ensure seamless communication of organizational initiatives and projects to internal and regional stakeholders.

  • Design and implement annual company town halls, events, and support communication on regional events for internal stakeholders.
  • Create, edit, and disseminate content, ensuring timely delivery of company announcements (e.g., monthly newsletters, product launches, announcements, corporate events, and campaigns, forums, signing ceremonies, ad hoc requests) to internal stakeholders.
  • Leverage intranet platforms to showcase company initiatives and manage coordinated content.
  • Support the internal communications team in crafting messages, preparing presentations, forewords for senior management publications, souvenir programs, etc. where necessary.
  • Facilitate translation and proofreading services (English-BM-English) to support the department's marketing materials, press releases, and news clippings.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years in corporate communications, event management, journalism, public relations, or related fields.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, capable of crafting compelling content for internal channels.
  • Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision, managing multiple projects concurrently.
