This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Lead Engineer based in a data center. The Shift Lead Engineer will be responsible for overseeing daily engineering activities, managing a team of engineers, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth operations during shifts.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Plan, coordinate, and support operations-related activities to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor alerts triggered from the monitoring system to identify potential issues.
  • Perform first-level troubleshooting, resolution, and escalation based on predefined troubleshooting guides.
  • Document incident details using a ticketing system.
  • Perform other duties or projects assigned by management.
  • Execute emergency operations procedures (EOP) to ensure business continuity.
  • Support and respond to customer inquiries, including calls, emails, and chat requests.
  • Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maintain data center uptime.
  • Enforce data center house rules and policies to ensure compliance.
  • Support all types of audit activities to maintain data center integrity.
  • Monitor and evaluate data center facilities performance and efficiency.
  • Maintain data center uptime and customer service level agreements (SLA).
  • Respond to service desk and service portal requests in a timely manner.

**Requirements**

  • Degree in electrical, mechanical, or technology-related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at an intermediate level.
  • Excellent communication and written skills in English.
  • Interest in data center facilities operations and maintenance for high-voltage systems, medium-voltage systems, power generators, UPS, chillers, transformers, BMS, CPOS, DCIM, and other related systems.
  • Self-driven, positive attitude, and team player.
