Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Legal Document Coordinator to join our team at Malaysianbar. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and manage various legal documents and records.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills and be able to work effectively with various stakeholders, including clients, attorneys, and other team members. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing various legal documents and records, preparing status reports, and performing other related administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage various legal documents and records.
- Prepare status reports and perform other related administrative tasks.
- Update financier's online system regularly.
- Raise payment vouchers and invoices.
Requirements
- Positive working attitude with good interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and willing to learn.
- Possess general skills in Microsoft.
- Basic conveyancing knowledge is an added advantage.
- Able to start immediately or within short notice.
