This role presents an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join Fourtitude as a Performance Improvement Coordinator. The primary focus of this position is on performance management, including managing staff performance reviews, administering performance improvement plans, and providing guidance to line managers on performance assessment processes.

Responsibilities include assisting in the administration of annual increment and performance bonuses exercises, developing measurable KPIs jointly with departmental heads, and ensuring assessment and reward equity. Additionally, the successful candidate will be involved in resolving issues pertaining to system development and implementation and extracting, processing, and tabulating data from the system for survey purposes.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. A recognized degree and proficiency in written and spoken English are essential requirements for this position.
