About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and auditing, and will be able to lead and manage fieldwork on client sites. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members. Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement audit plans and budgets in accordance with the Firm's audit approach.
  2. Lead and manage fieldwork on client sites to ensure the smooth delivery of the audit process.
  3. Review and analyze financial statements prepared by clients.
  4. Assign tasks to junior staff, provide guidance and review their work.
  5. Maintain effective communication with clients and team members.

Requirements:
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Possession of a full or partial professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of audit tools/software (e.g., CaseWare) is an advantage.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in external auditing.
  • Familiarity with auditing standards is desirable.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Positive attitude, with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel for audit engagements (if required).
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to ensure high-quality work.
