Job Requirements:
The successful candidate will be a proactive and passionate individual with a real passion to make things better every day. You will be experienced at working with senior leaders to create environments that drive high performance and engagement.
You'll need to be able to communicate, influence and consult with stakeholders in a way that is impactful and relevant. You should also be able to deploy a data-driven approach to HR with a solid understanding of the digital HR landscape.
Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders, coaching, advising and influencing stakeholders to increase engagement and performance.Understand business strategies and align the People Plan to ensure the achievement of business objectives and how to measure its impact.Partner with functional and divisional teams, providing consultative expertise and guidance on people matters, calling upon specialist experts from the wider People Team when appropriate to achieve the best outcome and employee experience.Collaborate with the wider People team initiatives and embed across the business.Bring to life our employee value proposition, elevating employee experiences and engagement to the highest levels.Use your expertise in Diversity and Inclusion to continue to strengthen not only our diverse representation across the business, but the depth of relationships, opportunity, and sense of belonging which brings our EVP to life for every employee.Working with Us:
