At Tycoon Asia Pacific, we are seeking a skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can assist in the day-to-day operations of our Sales & Admin Department. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and be proficient in handling sales coordination, logistics documentation, and shipments arrangement with local and overseas forwarders.

The selected candidate will work closely with our team to ensure timely processing of sales orders, verify and endorse purchase orders, and perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess at least SPM or Diploma in a related discipline and have a minimum of 2 years' experience in administration and sales coordination.

You should also have knowledge of ERP systems, logistics documentation, and shipments arrangement with local and overseas forwarders. Additionally, you must be a strategic thinker, proactive, self-motivated, creative, and a team player with good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in verbal and written English and Mandarin Cantonese is essential to effectively process sales orders and interact with customers.
