The Staff Automotive Reliability Engineer will be responsible for driving the readiness of automotive burn in hardware, ensuring seamless operation in external burn in facilities. You will work closely with package houses and external burn in labs to oversee smooth Automotive burn in operations. This requires regular travel for on-site support, debugging, and troubleshooting of burn in hardware and related tests.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reliability engineering, with experience in semiconductor device reliability tests and procedures. They will also have knowledge of automotive reliability standards (AEC) and be familiar with high voltage products with GaN, SiC, and other semiconductor power devices.
