Main Responsibilities:

  • Exceed inside sales targets by effectively managing inbound and outbound calls, emails, and social media channels to generate leads and contribute to the overall commercial sales team target.
  • Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction by understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and serving as a knowledgeable ambassador for the company's products and solutions.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, and social media.
  • Manage inbound calls and proactively make outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
  • Maximize the effectiveness of outbound call campaigns to generate leads and expand the customer base.
  • Schedule visits with Field Sales colleagues based on customer needs.
  • Stay up to date as a product and solutions expert, serving as a credible representative of the company.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is essential for this role.
  • Knowledge of the sales process; previous sales experience is desirable.
  • Resilient prospector and lead generator.
  • Proficient in CRM and pipeline management.
  • Exceptional customer relations, communication, and presentation skills.
