We are seeking an experienced Information Security Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement information security policies and procedures to protect against cyber threats.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security by design principles are adopted in all projects.
  • Perform initial vendor assessments and ongoing assurance over key vendors and service providers.
  • Assist in implementing the information security strategy across ConvaTec Inc.
  • Develop and deliver information security awareness training programs to employees.
  • Monitor and report on security incidents and near misses.
  • Perform project reviews to ensure security risks are managed via controls.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years' experience in information security related role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • CISA and/or CISM certification and/or CISSP is advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience with information security concepts and principles.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
