JobBuilder is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Head to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of improving quality processes and systems. Key responsibilities include collecting, analyzing, and sharing IPQC/OQA issues with the internal team, implementing and maintaining the quality management system, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Responsibilities:
As a Quality Assurance Head at JobBuilder, you will be responsible for all quality issues related to incoming, in-process, outgoing, and customer complaints. You will identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies, translate customer requirements into quality inspection plans or process control, and review all production part approval documentation. Additionally, you will ensure that discrepancy reports raised during internal or external audits are verified and closed.

Requirements:
For this role, we require a candidate with a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications would be advantageous. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field is required.
