Sales Support Role
We are seeking a skilled Sales Support Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with vendors, and executing administrative tasks with precision.

About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for tracking sales leads, coordinating quotes with sales packs, providing customer service, and managing customer accounts. You will also cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors to obtain competitive quotations, negotiate terms, and ensure timely procurement of materials or services. Additionally, you will perform data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information, maintain an organized filing system, create and process orders for customers in a timely manner, schedule customer meetings and conferences, interview and qualify potential new vendors or suppliers, and troubleshoot IT issues. You will also handle administrative duties for the company and management teams, adhering to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.

Key Responsibilities
* Track sales leads and coordinate quotes with sales packs
* Provide customer service and manage customer accounts
* Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors
* Perform data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information
* Maintain an organized filing system
* Create and process orders for customers in a timely manner
* Schedule customer meetings and conferences
* Interview and qualify potential new vendors or suppliers
* Troubleshoot IT issues

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven work experience as a Sales Support within the Oil, Gas and Energy Sector
* Good knowledge of Steel Products and Specifications
* Proficiency in MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Time management and organization skills to handle multiple projects at one time
* Excellent interpersonal skills to work efficiently within a team
* Strong professional conversation etiquette, especially in person and over the phone when interacting with company representatives, customers, and suppliers
* Problem-solving skills to use critical and creative thinking to identify and resolve issues with products and orders
