Job Description
  • Manage and ensure quality in terms of accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of operational tasks in performing daily activities of finance and accounting.
  • Perform day-to-day transaction processing and month-end closing activities.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure quality in terms of accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of daily operational tasks.
  • Advise function teams on payment proposal runs on scheduled or urgent basis, ensuring payments are executed timely.
  • Review and manage AP aging, and reconcile intercompany balances on a monthly basis.
  • Liaise with suppliers for bank account verification and reconciliation of Statement of Account.
  • Perform analytical review of balance sheet, trend analysis, cost centre checks, and transaction posting checks.
  • Review financial statements to ensure accuracy.
Requirements
  • A diploma/degree/professional certificate in accounting or relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role/full set of accounts will have an advantage.
  • Candidate with experience in SAP would be an added advantage.
