Role Summary

As a Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer at Ørsted, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud infrastructure and applications that support our renewable energy mission.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain IaC and application code pipelines using GitHub.
  • Leverage storage gateway, DataSync, S3 to migrate data and ensure the correct solution is implemented.
  • Create training materials and documentation for the platform and AWS-specific products.
  • Collaborate with the Application team to define KPIs and metrics, set up alarms and alerts, and perform firewall openings.
  • Implement migration tasks according to the target architecture and chosen migration strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience with AWS AFT, CloudFormation, or Terraform, and IAM or Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Prior experience with GitHub or GitOps and SSM, Ansible, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes.
  • International environment and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of our IT Architecture principles and IT Strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
