Job Description

The Customer Business Executive will serve as the primary customer advocate, driving customer retention, expansion, and satisfaction throughout the post-sale lifecycle. Key responsibilities include developing trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders, owning relationships with executive sponsors, budget owners, and decision-makers, and understanding the customer's values, goals, and vision.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving adoption and usage through training, evangelism, and aligning the solution with customer business goals, identifying and executing new use cases and expansion opportunities, and contributing to customer success by focusing expertise on assigned stages of the customer journey.
