Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including equipment inspections, lubrication, and cleaning
• Troubleshoot equipment-related problems and implement corrective actions
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities according to schedules and instructions
• Ensure all production machines are functioning at optimal efficiency through regular maintenance and repairs
• Perform electrical, electronics, and mechanical tasks, including PLC programming and circuit analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency

Requirements

• Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Engineering (Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronic)
• >5 years of working experience in the related field, with solid knowledge of electrical and electronics and hands-on work experience
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex problems
• Independent, team player, result-oriented, and able to work under tight schedules and challenging work conditions
• Willingness to guide and train other subordinates to perform tasks efficiently
• Ability to work in normal shifts or routine shifts and support overtime when required
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing equipment and processes
• Experience in SMT/Litho/Plating/BMC/Sputter/Dicing/Backgrind will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of electrical up to 41V
