Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled General Manager to lead our Malaysia factory operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing factory construction, and establishing a strong local team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Management: Collaborate with headquarters to implement management requirements and achieve annual business objectives for the Malaysia factory.
  2. Factory Construction: Coordinate with Malaysian customs and government agencies to drive factory renovations and on-site construction.
  3. Production Management: Establish and lead operations and production teams for the Malaysia factory, ensuring achievement of localized production goals.
  4. Team Building: Build the core local team and manage integration and collaboration between local and HQ employees.
  5. Additional Responsibilities: Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or above in a related engineering field, with over 8 years of experience in the electromechanical manufacturing industry and at least 5 years in a General Manager role.
  2. Strong knowledge of factory operations and management, with experience in production management, cost control, and quality management.
  3. Proven experience in establishing a new electromechanical manufacturing factory from scratch, with excellent communication and coordination skills.
  4. Must be of Malaysian-Chinese descent, fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay.
  5. Strong communication skills, capable of effectively liaising with both headquarters and local government, with a systematic approach to work.
