About the Job

This fast-track program offers opportunities for personal and professional growth, with rotations through various departments including Sales and Operations, Marketing, E-commerce, Human Resources, and Supply Chain.
Candidates will gain firsthand experience in our business operations, including Key Account Management, customer service, product knowledge, and sales optimization plans.
- During the first six months, you will build a strong retail foundation by mastering OUJI's core values of in-store operations, delivering excellent customer service, enhancing product knowledge, and creating sales optimization plans.
- You will also take on managerial responsibilities such as setting promoter schedules, training new joiners, and overseeing a store division.
After six months, you will transition into a future managerial role by assessing and improving store operations based on real-time conditions and company-wide strategies.
Key requirements include willingness to relocate and work on weekends, and proficiency in English and Bahasa, with Chinese language knowledge an added advantage for cross-border interaction.
