Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketplace Account Manager to join our team at ZALORA Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing assigned apparel growth portfolios and providing country-specific strategic business plans with identification of new sources of growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with brands via email and phone by being the go-to person when it comes to supporting their needs at ZALORA.
  • Identify market gaps, manage product assortment, analyze sellers' sales performance to drive the growth of the category and brands' sales performance.
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Marketing and merchandising) to incorporate brands' promotions into ZALORA's marketing calendar and ensure smooth execution.
  • Handle various sets of daily, weekly and monthly business reports to improve visibility of brands' performance to senior management.
