We are seeking a dedicated HR Executive - Recruitment and Engagement to join our team at Great Wall Motor Sales Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.
About the RoleThe HR Executive - Recruitment and Engagement will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and selection. They will also oversee employee onboarding, orientation, confirmation, transfer and resignation or exit interview process.
The successful candidate will work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent. They will also promote a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies.
- Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
- At least 1-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably with working experience in the automotive industry.
- Multi-tasking, meticulous, think outside the box, have a sense of urgency, and able to meet deadlines.
- Familiar with solid knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, labor laws, statutory requirements, and other relevant regulations.
- Excellent oral and written communication & negotiation skills.
- Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.
- Full-time position.
