ZUS Coffee is hiring an Audit and Compliance Specialist to join our team. As Assistant Manager, Governance, Risk and Compliance, you will be responsible for conducting audits and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement audit plans to address identified risks and control gaps.
- Collaborate with key operations personnel to ensure that audit findings are addressed in a timely manner.
- Provide recommendations to senior management and the audit committee on areas for process improvements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of auditing principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Additionally, the ability to communicate effectively and present findings to stakeholders is essential.
Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in accountancy or finance.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and/or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) designation preferred.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in managing internal audit assignments, either as a team leader or in a sole contributor role.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Melayu language.
