About the Role

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our Customer Experience Team, you will play a critical role in delivering best-in-class service to our clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication with clients to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Task Execution: Execute tasks as requested with high accuracy, including processing irrelevant and missed content.
  • Issue Resolution: Timely resolution of client issues through investigation and problem-solving.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay Language.
  • Education: Tertiary Qualification.
  • Customer Service: Minimum 1 year experience in customer-facing roles.
