Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team at Schneider Electric Industries (M) Sdn Bhd. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for administering payroll for assigned countries, performing calculations and reconciliations, and validating pay advice documents.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource, Mathematics, or Accounting, with 4-5 years of relevant experience in payroll. Familiarity with local statutory and governance for Australia, New Zealand, Philippines, or Thailand is an added advantage.

You will participate in the development of procedures related to payroll operations, maintain standard operating procedure documentation, and analyze complex matters requiring comprehensive knowledge of payroll policies and procedures.

Additionally, you will respond to employee queries within a stipulated timeframe as per service level agreement, provide advice to stakeholders, and mentor peers. Ensure compliance with internal controls, payroll-related legislations, and audits.
