Job Description
- Key Accountabilities:
- • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements for clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- • Analyze client financial reports and budgets, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- • Manage accounts payable and receivable for clients, optimizing cash flow management.
- • Reconcile client account balances and bank statements, resolving any discrepancies or errors.
- • Provide expert advice on tax compliance and planning, minimizing client tax liability.
- • Assist in preparing documents and schedules for client audits, ensuring smooth audit processes.
- • Support auditors by providing necessary information and documentation.
- • Process payroll for client employees, ensuring timely payment and compliance with employment laws.
- • Ensure client compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will require:
A diploma/bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, interpreting complex financial data.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software, with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working collaboratively with clients and colleagues.The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.English language proficiency, with Mandarin language skills being an advantage.-
