Job Overview

Formee Holdings, a multinational organisation with a diverse portfolio of brands in the tech and retail spaces, is seeking an experienced Project Administrator/Construction Supervisor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all administrative duties related to projects, ensuring timely completion, and coordinating project work.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain relevant project data and documentation, including sharing files across various systems.
  2. Ensure adherence to project requirements by overseeing the upkeep of project documents.
  3. Create Project Initiation Documents, including Letters of Award, for new projects.
  4. Collaborate closely with contractors during pre-construction, construction, and job close-out phases.
  5. Communicate project status updates monthly to management and the Project Manager.
  6. Conduct New Opportunities meetings, developing agendas, recording minutes, allocating actions, and maintaining the New Opportunities list.
  7. Ensure accurate and timely completion of timesheets.
  8. Facilitate on-time project completion and monitor progress against budget.
  9. Prepare financial reports, highlighting key project expenses.
  10. Coordinate team input for project forecasting (revenue and costs).
  11. Assist with time management and expenses against projects.
Construction Supervision
  1. Supervise day-to-day construction activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
  2. Monitor safety protocols, adhering to industry regulations and procedures.
  3. Oversee subcontractors and external personnel to ensure alignment with project requirements.
  4. Regularly inspect sites, documenting site activities accurately.
  5. Resolve issues related to construction delays, quality, or personnel on-site.
Requirements
  • University degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project administration or construction supervision.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with construction safety practices and local regulations.
  • Good driving skills.
