  • Service a portfolio of clients and new prospects, working closely with the Leader to ensure efficient and professional client-facing activities.
  • Analyze client documents, identify scope of cover required, and ensure existing cover is adequate.
  • Ensure all documentation is properly filed, quotations are accurate, and billings are complete before releasing to insurers and clients/prospects.
  • Respond timely to complex enquiries and follow-up with insurers on policy documents.
