Position Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work on project requirements, from high-level customer journeys to detailed business requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate business requirements gathering sessions, ensuring timely delivery of results.
  2. Present as-is and to-be models to stakeholders, highlighting process improvements.
  3. Collaborate with technical teams to identify and develop solutions for technical development areas.
  4. Manage requirement traceability matrices and prioritize requirements based on business needs.
  5. Review project deliverables for quality assurance.
  6. Develop and execute test plans, conduct training activities, and lead post-implementation efforts.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 5 years in a Business Analyst role.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, Ms Visio, JIRA, and Confluence.
