About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our rapidly growing team as a Principal Cloud Platform Engineer. In this role, you will take ownership of our infrastructure, maintaining and improving it to meet future needs. You will have a high degree of autonomy and responsibility in projects from design to implementation and adoption.

Our infrastructure is maintained and deployed using Terraform, and we leverage the AWS stack extensively, utilizing services like EKS, Cognito, IAM, DocumentDB, CloudWatch, and more. When AWS services fall short, we integrate best-in-class technologies such as Databricks, Okta, GitHub, and ArgoCD.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure for our SaaS platform.
  2. Collaborating with product teams and effectively communicating with management.
  3. Supporting operations by deploying and configuring infrastructure.
  4. Monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring the availability, security, and performance of systems.
  5. Proactively improving and updating the platform to adhere to the latest security and performance standards.
