Job Summary

The Manufacturing department at Supermicro is seeking a skilled Test Development Engineer to develop test modules for validating the functionality of in-house server/storage products. This role requires strong communication skills to support technical-related fields with OEM customers and collaboration with the Research and Development team to implement post-launch product improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop testing utilities to ensure product quality and performance.
  2. Build and maintain function testing programs to validate product functionality.
  3. Enhance testing coverage to minimize defects and improve product reliability.
  4. Optimize testing cycle time to reduce product development costs.
  5. Develop automation testing to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with over 3-5 years of experience.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in C/C++, VB, VC, Python, AI Deep Learning, and Linux Scripting.
  3. Language Skills: English and Mandarin.
