Job Overview

ZUS Coffee is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role involves ensuring the quality and safety of our products, as well as maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science and Technology or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality, or Food Safety.
  • This position requires excellent knowledge of supplier management and auditing processes, food safety standards, and quality assurance terminology.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct regular audits of suppliers to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
  2. Evaluate and monitor supplier performance, working closely with suppliers to address and resolve quality issues.
  3. Establish and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, fostering continuous improvement in product quality.
Requirements
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia in both oral and written communication.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards, including HACCP, GFSI, and other relevant regulations.
  • Technical knowledge and hands-on experience in handling certification audits.
