About the Role:

K Healing Spa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Duty Manager / Assistant Front Office Manager.

Job Description:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and ensuring their comfort.
  2. Manage front office operations, including answering phones, operating a switchboard, and routing calls to specific people.
  3. Sort and distribute mail, and perform basic filing and clerical duties as needed.
  4. Book rooms for scheduled meetings and maintain accurate records.
  5. Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-organized.
  6. Coordinate mail flow in and out of the office.
  7. Take and relay messages, and provide general administrative support.

Requirements:

  1. Must speak Mandarin due to business nature.
  2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  3. Pleasant looking, warm personality, good interpersonal skills.
  4. Good understanding and strong human relation skills.
  5. Able to work independently.
  6. Able to meet deadlines with the right sense of urgency.
  7. Self-proactive, initiative, and motivated attitude are a MUST.
  8. Solid communication skills both written and verbal.
  9. Telephone skills, verbal communication, Microsoft Office skills, listening, professionalism, customer focus.
  10. Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
