Gamuda Land is seeking a Design Visionary to lead our product design and management efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for product concept development and visioning, schematic design proposals, checking of detailed design, advising and commenting on any architectural issues for product development.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare an overall concept plan based on the development brief.
  • Develop concept visioning and theming for products and master planning.
  • Conduct interim product testing and feasibility to establish clear design direction and deliverables.
  • Work out possible concept design options for evaluation by management.

You will have the opportunity to work with external consultants, manage their deliverables, and ensure compliance to design direction. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing a robust design brief for external consultants to execute design vision.

Requirements
  • Degree in Architecture.
  • 6 years working experience in Architectural profession both consultancy and developer office.
