Job Description

We are seeking a Branch Sales Manager to lead our sales team in IPOH & JOHOR, focusing on driving business growth and developing market strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of business development professionals, setting clear goals and expectations, and providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure team success.

  1. Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, setting clear goals and expectations, and providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure team success.
  2. Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Recognize and reward outstanding achievements.
  3. Market Research and Strategy: Lead market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth in the market.
  4. Client Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, understand their unique business needs, challenges, and goals. Present our solutions and demonstrate how they can address client requirements.
  5. Sales Performance: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue goals.

Additional Responsibilities

  1. Financial Management: Collaborate with the finance team to manage and monitor the department's expenses, resources, and cost-effectiveness.
  2. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain and update CRM and organized records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts. Prepare regular reports to present to the management team.
  3. Technology and Tools: Ensure that the team is equipped with the necessary technology and tools, such as CRM software and sales-related resources, to maximize efficiency.
