Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Record-to-Report Accounting Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting and analysis, general accounting, and RTR operations functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the monthly close process for Financial Reporting & Analysis, General Accounting, and RTR Operations.
  • Prepare and review financial reports and analysis related to Financial Reporting & Analysis, General Accounting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper accounting treatment of transactions.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in financial accounting, including 4 years of team leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting standards.
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
